Knit Design Centre

Our Leicester based knitwear design studio is equipped with the latest STOLL software and machinery. We have a variety of gauge machines from 5gg to 16gg including CMS, ADF and Knit and Wear® machines. We are utilising the new Create Plus software as well as continuing using M1+. Our design studio also houses a full finishing department including point to point linking and all general sewing operations, alongside our state-of-the-art washing plant.

STOLL-knit and wear® technology

With our Knit and Wear® machines and expert knowledge we can develop a variety of seamless products. Eliminating the need for linking giving you garments and accessories ready to wear from the machine. In house we have two different gauge Knit and Wear® machines allowing us to create products ranging from fine to heavy weight.

Our expert in house linker has years of experience allowing us to offer high quality and complex construction of pieces.

garment finishing

All garment finishing can be completed in house including, labelling, buttons, zips and more. Equipped with sewing machines, cup seaming and overlocking.

Industrial finishing facilities

State of the art washing, drying and steaming facilities allowing products to be finished to a high quality. We can confidently work with a range of fibres including cashmere and felted fabrics.
